1) 12% angora, 55% silk, 30% nylon, 3% lamb’s wool
2) 100% angora
3) 100% merino wool
4) 25% angora, 75% lamb’s wool

Damn, next time you’re taking me with you!

This was totally the biggest lot I’ve ever found, the pickins over here in Kingston are quite slim. The only reason I hauled such a stash is that they were just opening a new store and I think they grab the best stuff for the opening week so people keep coming back.

Tell! Tell! where did you buy the lovely piles of inexpensive yarn? I’m in your area and on a budget. Please, pretty please?

And here I was avoiding Value Village ’cause of the crowds! I hate crowds. But what a deal. Maybe I can put up with it. I’m young, I’m brave. That’s what I shall do!

The yarn’s a bit tweedy; I love how warm and stretchy it is! This yarn may become a pair of socks; I’m already eyeing Baudelaire. [...]

[...] I don’t know what it is about the sudden explosion in unwanted angora sweaters. I will assume it’s because of climate change. Al Gore was right! [...]
