Breipatroon is Norse for Awesome

Well actually, it’s dutch for knitting pattern. But it could very well be both. Liz’s hat post has inspired me to do some Norwegian colour knitting. Not sure what it’ll be, but I’m tempted to do some mittens. I’d been to the page she linked to before, but never in the Norwegian section. (I was usually in the Pokemon section, but that’s another story entirely.)
Dearies, I’ve been inspired! There are so many beautiful patterns I’d like to combine. I’ve included my favourites here. (I would link to them, but there are so many that it’s easier to see them all visually instead of having to click through to each one.) The images are hosted by me, but they all belong to Jessica Tromp.
Brocades and such
Cute things (mostly animals)
Misc

Liz’s hat IS nice! And that’s her first? Jeeze…I’m so glad I saw your post today, thanks for putting up those charts! It reminded me I promised someone I’d brong a chart to knitting! You saved my kiester! Thanks girl!
