I’ve always wanted to grade papers the way my professors do. That is, to throw a bunch of paper down a flight of stairs. So that’s how I eventually decided to “grade” the contestants for the Pretty in Pink contest: The paper at the bottom of my stairs wins.

Here are the contestants, all nicely written down on slips of scrap paper.

And Eve, I just wanted to say that I have been poring over all of your links lately, as I am beginning to become obsessed with colorwork. Thanks for all the meaty posts!

  4. Now that’s a unique way to pick a winner, LOL. … With my heavy weight butt, you’d have thought I’d be at the bottom of the stairs, but I guess it didn’t transfer over to the pieces of paper, huh? *smile* Congrats, Julie!
