It's definitely 'Cerebral Cortex' It' s me singing it. I'm a med student as well . . . the song comes from a period when I was studying neurolgy. If you want to pick holes though, the lyrics are I suppose slightly flawed in that the cortex is part of the frontal lobe, therefore the line 'you've got to use your frontal lobe, and your cerebral cortex' may be viewed as somewhat tautologous.
