I titled my blog entry “Colchique’s Body” because I’m hoping to get lots of hits from people looking for French porn. For serious, that’s the gosh’s honest truth. “Colchique” could be a chick’s name, right? She sounds mega hot.
Anyhoo, check it out, I’ve got two sleeves left to knit. And then seaming! And then wearing.
I had to reknit the Godron part of the front after my first try, because it didn’t say explicitly that you had to decrease a stitch on both sides of the raglan section instead of just one. And then the pattern said knit 80 rows, then 12 more, oh and by the way you should have been shaping the neck after those 80 rows, which caused me to take a second look at how other people did their necklines (did they start at the 80th or 92nd row?) and I realized that their raglans were a smaller angle than mine. Rip rip rip, reknit reknit reknit, and now everything’s working out. On to sleeve island, and the delightful thumb sections I’ve been eagerly awaiting. And check it out, here’s another translation of Colchique that I can look at to verify I’m doing things correctly! Beauty.

I have to say, I was looking for porn! :devil: Just kidding. But when I loaded the page to read the blog, I was struck by the photo and the pattern of the knitting. Nice work, but you know that! Excellent color. That last picture is my favorite.
