A recycled garbage can

The irony. Magazines, destined otherwise for the recycle bin, reused/recycled in a different way: to make something that will contain the only things you can’t recycle.

  5. It looks like you make either a roll or an accordion with a page from a magazine, and then you tape or glue it into a circle. Then you do that another 400 times, make a base in a similar way (a really long tube or accordion wrapped around and around and around until it makes a disc), and then glue it all together.
