These Temari balls are spectacular. Is there someone who teaches this art in the Toronto Ontario Canada area ??? I am the past President of the Markham Guild of Village Crafts and this might be a craft for someone to teach at our Guild.

I think I remember coming across it somewhere here: http://www.jftor.org/
You can also try the Japan Society: http://www.japansocietycanada.com/
Or the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre: http://www.jccc.on.ca/
